What is saved?
Every night a full copy of the enquiry data is saved in encrypted form: students, subjects, courses, countries, options, version history, document details and the activity log.
What is not saved? Document file contents (they stay in the live database), and passwords or security codes (never saved).
The last 30 backups are kept. Older ones are removed automatically. Downloading a backup is recorded in the activity log.
